The structure of District 5400 is designed to support your club and help you provide more service in your local communities and abroad.

Sitting here, in my office, on my last day, I ALMOST SCREAMED but chose to use capital letters instead remain composed at all times, self. United Airlines wants to charge me for any AND ALL checked baggage. I must now pay $20 for the first bag, $30 for the second, and $125 for each additional bag. Thats in addition to my ticket!!! So what is a soon-to-be, and might I mention unemployed, scholar to do? Aside from pulling my hair out I guess my only option is to bleed money. So much for attempting to stay within a budget!
