Pursuant to the authority vested in me under our Interim Rules of Procedure for our Delegation, and in compliance with the Open Government Act (1 CMC §9901 et seq.), I hereby called the Delegation to meet in session for its 1st Day, Third Special Sessioll 2016 011 Tuesday, July 26,2016 at 10:00 a.m. to be held ill Sellator Steve Mesllgoll 's Office ill Saipall.

Pursuant to the Open Government Act (1 CMC §9901 et seq.), the Honorable Glenn L. Maratita, Chairman of the Rota Legislative Delegation of the Nineteenth Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature announces that the Delegation will convene the following open and public session:

Pursuant to 1 CMC §9904, written comments on agenda items may be submitted to the Delegation Clerk's Office, Honorable Jesus P. Mafnas Memorial Building, Capitol Hill, Saipan, prior to the convening of the session or at the session. Oral testimony may be presented during the Delegation's session. If you wish to present oral testimony please inform the Delegation Clerk not later than 24 hours prior to the session.
