This year’s class adopted five Community Service Projects. More in-formation can be obtained at the follow-ing link: http://www.leadershiplake-county.org/signature

John Solich, himself a 2005 grad-uate of Leadership Lake County, and our new president elect, talked about our diverse membership in our Rotary group of 88 members strong. He en-couraged these LLC graduates to con-sider visiting and joining our group.

Lee and Bob Z. presented a videothat was created about our club. This is a great video, wonderfully narrated by Bob Z. Seeing this video presentation can’t help but make us all proud to be a Rotarian. And we do have such fun while doing all that we do! Congratula-

tions on putting this together. It will bea great tool.

The meeting was then ad-journed by current president, Tom.

JOCOE'S JOURNALA famous antiques collector is

walking through the city when he no-tices a mangy cat lapping milk from asaucer in the doorway of a store and he does a double take.

He notices that the saucer is extremely old and very valuable, so he walks casually into the store and offers to buy the cat for two dollars.

The store owner replies, "I'm sorry, but the cat isn't for sale."

The collector says, "Please, I need a hungry cat around the house to catch mice. I'll pay you twenty dol-lars for that cat."

And the owner says "Sold." Andhe hands over the cat.

The collector continues, "Hey, for the twenty bucks I wonder if you could throw in that old saucer. The cat's used to it and it'll save me from having to get a dish.".

And the owner says, "Sorry buddy, but that's my lucky saucer. So far this week I've sold sixty-eight cats."
