Dear Colleague: As you know, effective with the 2017-18 contracts, OVS is now paying all of its contracts with Victim Assistance Programs and Child Advocacy Centers through a reimbursement process. As this is new to many of you, OVS is holding an informational webinar on the reimbursement process, including information on the supporting documentation required to process a reimbursement request, critical deadlines and the like. In order to help for a smooth transition for those programs new to reimbursement, and even as a refresher for those who may be familiar with reimbursement, it is strongly recommended that our grantees attend the webinar and we especially encourage fiscal staff attend.
