The Rossborough Property Owners Scheme offers trust companies and property managers:

• Professionalism and advice You can place risks secure in the knowledge that the

asset is properly insured on the right policy with the right cover.

• Service that excels You will not have to spend more time than absolutely

necessary arranging insurance. Rossborough underwrite on behalf of our scheme partner insurers enabling us to hold cover at short notice when required without having to wait for approval from an insurer.

• Immediate policy issue We issue policy documentation in house which

means trust officers will not need to waste time chasing for policy documentation.

• Assistance with claims Efficient claims processes have been arranged with

our partner insurers to ensure that claims are dealt with thoroughly and quickly.

The Rossborough Property Owners Scheme has been designed with trust officers in mind to offer comprehensive, easy to administer cover for all types of clients.

Types of propertyThe scheme can insure a wide range of assets including but not limited to:

• Private residences occupied by beneficiaries or their family

• Private residences let to tenants

• Blocks of flats

• Commercial or industrial buildings such as offices, shops and warehouses

• Property in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Premium savings Cost is an important factor when deciding where to place insurance cover. Rossborough has negotiated very competitive premium rates and we are usually able to show significant savings in premium. Rossborough also controls the rating of renewals, enabling us to provide stability of premium levels over many years.

Excellent cover Policies are issued on the widest form of cover available known as “material damage all risks including subsidence”. Rossborough can often improve upon the scope of cover being offered by the previous insurer.

Terrorism cover Losses resulting from acts of terrorism are not automatically insured by the insurance industry and often policyholders are not fully aware of this. Under the Rossborough Property Owners Scheme, all quotations will automatically include terrorism cover.

Reduced administration Rossborough administers the scheme under an extensive delegated authority which enables us to:

• Provide instant quotations• Issue immediate cover

All policy documentation is issued in-house by Rossborough enabling policies to be issued and sent to trust companies without delay. The scheme also uses a short proposal form that is easy to complete and, combined with excellent service, the scheme cuts the amount of time that trustees will need to spend arranging property insurance.

Dedicated service teamIf you choose to deal with Rossborough you will be given direct access to a dedicated service team of experienced brokers.

Rebuilding cost surveys If there is any doubt over the value at risk for an insured property, Rossborough can arrange access to Internet Surveys Limited, which provide a cost effective method of reviewing sums insured.

Assistance with major losses Large, complex claims are laborious and devour huge amounts of your time. We can offer the expert assistance of a dedicated loss adjuster who is employed solely for your benefit.
