Chicago, 31 October 2019:  RoomIt by CWT™, the global hotel distributiondivision of CWT (the B2B4E travel management platform), announces theappointments of Jeff Zidell as Senior Vice President and Customer ExperienceOfficer, and Ellen Zfaney, as Vice President, Supply Strategy and Innovation.

Jeff joins RoomIt via startup CorePoint Lodging, where he was Senior VicePresident, Asset Management. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade withHyatt Hotels, where he was SVP, Loyalty Marketing and Partnerships.Hismulti-industry background within highly competitive industries and rapidlyevolving markets, position him well to lead RoomIt across all channels(Online Booking Tools, CWT TMC & RoomIt channels), and head up RoomIt’suser experience, marketing and public relations groups. He reports to DaveFalter, President, RoomIt by CWT.

Ellen Zfaney, VP, Supply Strategy and Innovation, RoomIt by CWT

Ellen joins RoomIt from Expedia, where she was Head of Global StrategicPartnerships for over three years. Prior to that, she was Vice President,Americas Partnerships, Orbitz Partner Network (OPN) at Orbitz Worldwide foralmost 11 years. Her RoomIt responsibility will see her lead the marketmanagement organization and the newly-created sales effectiveness globalsupply group. Ellen’s focus will be on positioning RoomIt’s hotel strategy anddriving innovation in hotel supply channels to drive better customerexperience. She will report to Shannon Hyland, Senior Vice President ofGlobal Supply, RoomIt by CWT.
