Production process

Produced from Portland cement, cellulose fiber, fine silica, and water with Autoclave process

Pressing wood chip mixed with cement and non-harmful chemical substance

Cutting log in small sheets; then pressing overlap with glue and heat as required thickness

Gypsum ore (=plaster) pressed on plate with various thickness and surfaced paper before dry system

Advantage Durable, no maintenance, water resistance, no shrinkage, termite/fungus free, fire resistance, non-toxic

Low water absorption, easy to drill/cut, lighter than fiber-cement, smooth finished surface

Stronger and more durable than gypsum board, paint easily and cover surface with various design

Not expensive, fast install, easy work handling, light weight

Disadvantage When compared with other boards, heavy weight, hard to drill/screw

Shrink when soak with water, low strength compared to fiber-cement, high flexibility, not suit with external application
