Note 1: All dimensions are for reference. Bidding contractors shall have sole responsibility for verifingand submitting bids based on the accuracy of their measurements.
Note 2: Enclose designated duct with exterior grade 3/4" plywood. Enclosure shall extend down to structural metal deck.Cover plywood enclosure with self-adhering granule surfaced modified bitumen membrane and base sheet. Flashat roof level and strip-in with 5 course mastic and mesh seal. Scarify flood coat down to top ply. 6" beyond toe of cant.
Note 3: Remove all pre-existing ridge vents prior to installation of new specified vents. Replace entire sheetwith treated 1"X dimensional lumber (no plywood) affected by vent opening (do not 'patch' individual vent openings).For specifications on shoebox vent replacements see BTC drawings and specifications.
Note 4: Install new permanant roof anchors 25' O.C. on all ridge lines. See detail Detail 'L', Sheet D-1.
