Under the following terms and conditions:

1.) That the FIRST PARTY will provide meals and snacks for the SECOND PARW'S participantsfor the conduct of Provincial Roll-out of the Operation Listo - llocos Norte scheduled onMarch 11,2Ot9.

2.1 That both parties agreed that the guaranteed number of participants is One Hundred One(1011.

3.1 That the SECOND PARTY shall pay the contract price of Four Hundred Fiftv Pesos (p 450.001per participant of the scheduled conduct of the activity:

March 1L,2019 135 pax AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks

4.) That extra meals and orders shall be billed based on actual head count in excess of theguaranteed number of participants.

5.) That the SECOND PARTY shall pay the contract price stipulated above even if the actualnumber of participants is less than what has been reserved.

5.) That in case the date of activity is postponed or cancelled, the advance payment madeaccordingly be automatically in favor of the FIRST PARW and could not be refunded.

7.1 That, in case of incident due to the negligence or fault of the participants, the hotel shallnot be held accountable for any Liability whatsoever.
