CRATIVE AD WRITER
Graphic designers are the creative force behind any design, it is the artworker who
ensures that the design maintains its integrity and reaches its full potential by correcting
colors, placement, fonts, and inconsistencies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Vetting of All complementary data required for different regions of labeling and
packaging i.e. Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and all other concerned cities.
Requirements of labeling laws from different foreign bodies or authorities
implemented in packaging and labeling.
Check packaging designing, layout and all other requirements which has to be
included for all regions and authorities around the Pakistan.
Proofreaders get involved after others, such as the author, editor and typesetter,
have done their jobs. It is the proofreader's role to act as a fresh pair of eyes,
spotting any mistakes others might have missed.
The text matches the original. Spelling and style are correct and consistent.
Page numbers, headings and captions are correct. Photos and illustrations are
correctly captioned.
Spelling and other aspects, such as use of capital letters, are consistent.
Checking that concerns have provided all the required materials and paperwork.
Resolving queries directly with the concerns, e.g. Design and text inconsistencies.
Correcting spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Coding manuscripts for
design features, such as hierarchy of recipes, to instruct the creative team. Creating
artwork briefs to detail the content of illustrations. Ensuring that illustrations are
correctly captioned and referred to in the text. Producing or working to a style
checklist to ensure consistency in hyphenation, capitalization, formatting of
references, etc. Maintaining awareness of new words or phrases coming into
popular usage with a view to ensuring they're appropriate for the readership.
Discussing and resolving any potentially libelous sections.
OUT OF HOME VISIBILITY MANAGER
Out-of-home advertising (aka OOH advertising or outdoor advertising) or out-of-home
media (aka OOH media or outdoor media) is advertising that reaches the consumers while
they are outside their homes.
Out-of-home advertising is focused on marketing to consumers when they are "on the go"
in public places, in transit, waiting (such as in a medical office), and/or in specific
commercial locations (such as in a retail venue). OOH advertising formats fall into four
main categories: billboards, street furniture, transit, and alternative.
Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan
development.
Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of
products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments
and advertising agencies.
Assist with annual budget development.
Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and
other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and
research.
Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs
that meet identified buyer targets such as dealers, distributors, or consumers.
Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.
Confer with department heads and/or staff to discuss topics such as contracts,
selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.
Confer with clients to provide marketing or technical advice.
Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of
promotion campaigns.
Read trade journals and professional literature to stay informed on trends,
innovations, and changes that affect media planning.
Formulate plans to extend business with established accounts and to transact
business as agent for advertising accounts.
Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction
of new products and services to field staff and customers.
Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance
campaign goals.
Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations.
Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate
each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.
Assemble and communicate with a strong, diverse coalition of organizations and/or
public figures, securing their cooperation, support and action, to further campaign
goals.
Train and direct workers engaged in developing and producing advertisements.
Coordinate with the media to disseminate advertising.
Contact organizations to explain services and facilities offered.
Direct and coordinate product research and development.
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
Consult publications to learn about conventions and social functions and to
organize prospect files for promotional purposes.
VENDOR (EXECUTION SPECIALIST)
Responsible for the execution of all email marketing campaigns of AG Interactive brands
American Greetings, Blue Mountain, Jacquie Lawson, Cardstore, Creatacard, and justWink
Perform quality assessment of creative content, list production, and delivery setup
Primary owner of campaign deployment tool and high level campaign metrics for
all direct marketing campaigns
Execution of one-to-one programs in the customer campaign management solution
(including setting up target groups, e-mails, and landing pages)
Support customers in using campaign management solutions
To understand the Marketing Business domain and Campaign requirements.
Worked closely with Client Manager to understand the targeted segment of the
merchant’s marketing strategy.
Create segmentation to pull the desired count of data from client campaign
management CRM tool.
Interface with third party vendors for successful delivery of Data files.
Provide Post Campaign Analysis Report using automated campaign analysis tool.
Provide strategic recommendations for future campaign optimization.
Interface with client campaign execution team/onshore project team.
Testing and troubleshooting by coordinating with the technical team on CRM tool
updates.
Consolidate and maintaining documentations for all processes including process
updates.
Tracking and maintaining the clients campaign analysis repository reports.
Responsible for Quality checking of final mail list and Campaign Analysis Report of
peers.
Accommodating additional ad-hoc Campaigns with aggressive deadline.
Execution of annual merchandising plan
Permanent on store/in store branding and merchandising like shop
fascias/Canopies/availability signs/ window graphics/counter branding etc -
creating touch point for the brand
Out of home visibility through wall branding and identification/development of low
cost and quality branding opportunities
Franchise branding
Training and Development of Merchandisers to ensure high degree of Visibility.
Develop KPIs setting and monitoring mechanism for the merchandisers in
consultation with S&D teams
Salary processing of Merchandisers and monthly evaluation of the merchandisers
efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure quality and timely execution of all trade marketing activities of the vendors
Audit of the Giveaways and POSM lying at S&D offices
Develop a mechanism of check and balance for the distribution of Giveaways to end
users and retailers
Sales promotions:
Planning and development of all localized sales promotion activities in consultation
with local S&D teams.
Owning responsibility for the execution of all regional programs designed to
increase sales
Setting and agreeing the KPIs and key deliverables for the Sales promotion
activities with the local S&D teams
Post evaluation of the Activation against the set KPIs and deliverables
Communication and sign-off of all the agreed sales promotion plans with HQ after
approval from RD

MARKET RESEARCH MANAGER
The Market Research Manager is responsible for selecting the appropriate research
methodology and supporting techniques to meet a defined business objective. Depending
upon the selected methods, the Research Manager develops or assists in the development
of the research instrument. The Research Manager works closely with vendors or Market
Research Project Directors ensuring the successful execution of the fieldwork. Upon
completion, the Market Research Manager reviews the collected data, authors reports and
makes business-oriented recommendations to the sponsoring client.
REQUIREMANTS
To be successful in market research, you must have:

RESPONSIBILITIES
The exact type of work you will carry out varies according to your employer (whether you
work client-side or for an agency), the industry in which the client is based and the type of
research you carry out.
In general though, tasks can include:
Meeting and liaising with clients to negotiate and agree research projects;
Preparing briefs and commissioning research;
Formulating a plan or proposal and presenting it to the client or senior
management;
Writing and managing the distribution of surveys and questionnaires;
Briefing interviewers and researchers;
Liaising with and managing survey staff;
Moderating focus groups;
Undertaking ethnographic research (observing people in their homes and other
environments);

Using statistical software to manage and organise information;
Monitoring the progress of research projects;
Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including
surveys and focus group transcripts;
