We, the undersigned organizations strongly condemn the brutal and inhuman behaviors of urmese Government an

its terrorist and ultra‐nationalist allied who are pushing the country into the worst by ignoring fundamental rights o

indigenous Rohingya of rakan State and assaulting the world concerns through perpetrated crimes against humanit

and street protests against due rights, peaceand stabili ty.

We denounce so‐called 1982 citizenship law which is indeed a systematic and preplanned agenda of ethnic cleansin

against native Rohingya as form of law. s being natives of the soil, Rohingyas do not need to cooperate any officia

procedureof theverification of their citizenship status under such discriminatory law.

s well, we intensely protest the dreadful attacks and inhuman treatments upon the Rohingyas by alleging them a

illegal immigrants from angladesh, destroying all of their settlements and establishments and send them squali

condition into IDP camps which is absolutely seen at risk then asking international community to take them a thir

country.

The truth is that rakan was an independent country and the part of rakan, that is, Chittagong region was colonize

by the India in 1666 D and the other part has been colonizing by urma since 1784 D. uddhists and Muslims wer

twomajor communities therewho unitedly ruled the rakan K ingdom for centuries with harmonies.

We denied the faultily claim of the government and ultra‐nationalists groups regarding the entire Rohingya people o

rakan as they all are illegally migrated from angladesh or from engal before and after urmese independence.

In recently published true history of urma by SL ORC , it states that after freshly freed urma, Rohingya delegation

expressed their territory not to include with Magh Rakinewhich resulted a Mayu Frontier Di strict as per the norms o

autonomous region for minority and that was a demand of the Rohingya people as well . ut, later it was intentionall

demolished by the then Dictator Ne Win and then it was attached with Rakhine State without the consent of the nativ

people. Since then Rohingya becomepolitical victims of all sorts of racisms and discriminatory policies till make them

stateless with a view to exterminate them from their ancestral homeland

It is very clear that the urmese constitution of 1947 and 1974 ensured due citizenship rights of the Rohingya whic

automatically allowed to vote and elect in parliamentary session but unfolded and unilaterally passed black law of 198

citizenship act barred them from fundamental human rights

Since then, the Government authorities of urma have been committing crimes against humanity through killin

innocent lives of Rohingya and destroying their entire identities alike culture, tradition, history, heritages and etc.

In these regards, wewould like to call all level of human societies of the world and world leaders particularly the UN

EU, OIC , SE N, S RRC, rab L eague, US , UK , France, Russia, China and etc. to bring and immediate end of th

We, hereby would like to demand: ‐

‐ To reinstall Mayu Frontier Districtor similar special administrative territory for Rohingya in Northern rakan

‐ To get back them of their National Identity Registration Cards (NIRC) as before.

‐ To give them rights of self‐protection and self‐determination.

‐ urmese constitutional grantee for their existence and equal rights with others without discrimination.

‐ To stop all radical ultra‐nationalist uddhist movement with ironfisted actions.

‐ To take action against those who involve in the kil lings of thousands of Rohingya, burning their homes an

properties, faulty propaganda through media with the intension of stimulating anti‐Muslims, anti‐Islam ant

Rohingya activi ties.

‐ To closethe unwanted departments and denounceanti‐ Rohingyaorgans as illegal.

‐ To the right of dignified repatriation to all Rohingyawho fled the persecution or for other political means.
