Thanks Emma I have tried to ring Jennifer and sent her an email with the possible dates, with a reassurance that if that is

In essence, Michael Salmon, Chris Wallace from the Diocese and I can all attend a facilitation in Brisbane on 23 or 24 May 2013, with a preference for the 24th May. Are you able to check with Jl if either 23 or 24 May 2013 is suitable for her and if so we can lock in the date?

Could you confirm whether either day is satisfactory for Jennifer Ingham, and if so whether a room at Mullins is able to be booked for the appropriate day?

Otherwise, could you determine whether JI is able to provide you with some available times over June/July for us to consider?

I would propose meeting separate with JI on or about 9.30 am on the relevant day, with the facilitation proper commencing about 1 0.30am.

Bernadette, I will in due course make telephone contact with JI prior to the mediation but at this stage could you pass on to her the offer from CCI to pay her psychologist reasonable costs in attending the facilitation, and for her obtaining legal advice?

I am pleased that you have been appointed as the facilitator in the claim of Jennifer Ingham ("JI").

I understand that Bernadette Rogers has provided the report of Prof. Roger Dooley too you.

I have spoken with the contact at the Diocese of Lismore, Chris Wallace, and we are happy for this claim to move to a facilitation. Chris is only available this month on 23 and 24 May 2013. I am also available those days and happy to proceed on either day in Brisbane if that is suitable to JI and you. Otherwise, I will obtain availability from Chris for June and July. I should note that I am on annual leave from 10 to 26 June and that I already have mediations on 28 June and 3-5 July at this time.

We are also happy to pay the reasonable costs of JI's psychologist attending the facilitation if that would assist JI. We are also happy to pay for the reasonable costs for her to obtain legal advice.
