As Editor of Rodic Newsletter, I would like to inform all the Rodic family members that we are visualizing to bring out this Newsletter on a monthly basis, the periodicity of the Newsletter can be reviewed depending on the enthusiasm & response by our family members.
The objective of bringing out the Newsletter is to develop Kinship & Camaraderie among Rodic family, bring in transparency in the function of the company & keep all the members informed about the welfare schemes & growth related activities of the company.

J&K Project
We are on the threshold of starting our 2 new Hydro Electric Power Projects (Lower Kalnai HEP & Parnai HEP) in J&K
Shillong by Pass We have successfully completed Independent Engineer Consultancy services for 2 laning project of Shillong by pass connecting NH-40 & NH-44 on 31st May 2013.19 months ahead of scheduled completion date. The Client, Concessionaire & EPF contractor was NHAI, Shillong Expressway Pvt Ltd & G R
Infra Projects respectively. KUDOS!

Financial Progress
We have touched the INR 32 Cr turnover in the financial year 2012-2013, and our projected turnover for the assessment year 2013-2014 is 60 Cr with aggressive marketing strategy and sound project execution plan
Our New Avenues!
Hydro Power
We are on the threshold of entering the Hydro Power sector. We have built expert manpower resource to undertake Project Identification, fact finding surveys, preliminary engineering, and Project Management and Construction supervision. Our Hydro Power team is extremely focused to take giant leaps in
this sector.
1)Project: Selection of Consultant for providing of comprehensive contract management services for Implementation of EPC Contract, for construction of 48MW Lower Kalnai HEP, In Kishtwar & Doda districts of J&K
State.
2) Project: Selection of Consultant for providing of comprehensive contract management services for implementation of EPC contract, for construction of 37.7mw parnai HEP,
in poonch district of J&K state.
Urban Infrastructure and Water Supply
We are now focused on entering the fields of Urban Infrastructure and Water Supply. We have recently opened our Water Division. We are in the process of building a strong team in Water and Sewerage planning and design. We are aggressively bidding and are confident of picking few projects with our esteemed associates in this financial year.
