Rocky Rosa , a brand from Amsterdam with jewellery for Rockstars.
The pink RockstarRocky Rosa was born somewhere between being feminine
a definite pink lover and the aspiration of becoming a
real Rockstar.
Rocky Rosa translates the trends from today to jewellery you
must have! The designs are different and perfect to create
your own style.
From Amsterdam with loveOur pieces are designed in Amsterdam, but are inspired by
our travels and by everything we love. New collections arrive
often and we will make sure every item has that
special Rocky Rosa touch!
Rocky Rosa CollectionOur jewellery collection currently consists of gold and silver
necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings.
The collection also carries some stationery items like posters
& postcards and a tote bag. We will send you an update
every time there are new pieces added to the collection.
The jewellery pieces are unique, have beautiful details & are
for women that just love to be a little bit different. Our
slogan is ‘Jewellery for Rockstars’ for a good reason!
MaterialAll jewellery is handmade with a lot of passion and love,
so every design is different and unique. The jewellery may
therefore also differ from the photo on the website.
The jewellery is made of surgical steel (stainless steel).
This material makes the jewellery suitable for people with
metal allergies. The gold jewellery has a 18 Karat or 24 Karat
gold plating. The silver jewellery has a 925 sterling silver
plating. On top of that comes a special coating, so the
jewellery will not discolour or tarnish during normal use.
Packing materialEach piece of jewellery is presented on a beautiful Rocky
Rosa card and wrapped in a plastic sleeve to protect the
jewellery. We also include a couple of extra giftbags with
Rocky Rosa logo stickers for your customers that want to
give the jewellery as a present to someone.
Presentation materialAs presentation material we include an A4 card board and
an A4 poster with our typical Rocky Rosa print, our logo &
slogan. The card board and poster are free of charge.
Shipping timeWe will send orders that are in stock in Sydney or in
Amsterdam after we receive your payment. You will receive
your order between 2 and 6 workdays when send from
Sydney and between 6 and 12 workdays when send from
Amsterdam.
Made to orderIf items are not in stock, we have to order them in one of our
ateliers. The jewellery is handmade and made to order then.
This means that the delivery time is longer, estimated about
4-6 weeks. We will inform you about this after ordering.
For 'made-to-order' orders, an invoice is sent in advance for
50% of the order amount. The order will then be taken into
production in our atelier. The desired items will be send to
you as soon as they are ready and then you will receive an
invoice for the remaining 50%.
Shipping costsAll orders will be send by AUSPOST when send from
Australia or via PostNL when send from The Netherlands.
You will receive your tracking information via your email.
The costs of the shipment will depend on the weight of your
package.
For all orders above $350 shipping is free.

Warranty & jewellery maintenance
On our jewellery there is a warranty of 3 months from the date on which the jewellery was purchased. Our warranty covers only material and
manufacturing defects.
To keep the jewellery the most beautiful:
• Do not wet the jewellery, do not wear the jewellery in bath /
shower in the sea or a swimming pool. Chlorine can affect the
jewellery.
• Avoid contact with cleaning agents.
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions etc.
• Pay attention with dressing and undressing. Put your jewellery
on last and take them of first.
• Do not pull on the links.
• Store your jewellery neatly without the heat of the sun or heat
of the heating.
• How many years the plating stays good with a person depends
