Project Summary:ESI was the EPC Contractor for this 400,000 pph natural gas-fired generation facility. This facility includes the installation of two new 200,000 pph natural gas and bio gas fired boilers designed to produce 400 psig steam. Auxiliaries included water softeners, RO, the deaerator, BFWP’s, blowdown heat recovery, chem feed systems, steam coil air heaters, and economizers. The project also includes new DCS controls and interconnect to the grid. The entire powerhouse including the new equipment is housed in a new engineered metal building.
