    Apply on clean, dry skin 10 minutes before exercise

    Rub vigorously to set adhesive.Never stretch the ends of the tape, only the middle.

    Rocktape can be worn up to five days and is waterresistant.

    Store tape in cool, dry place. Let tape come toroom temperature before applying.

    1. Flex foot. Anchortape at mid arch.Run tape over ATand finish at top ofcalf. Relax foot andrub down.

    2. Optional. Applypiece across AT.

    No stretch.

    Achilles Tendon

    Anchor end - rip tapebacking 2-3 fromend of tape andremove backing.Anchor end to skinand rub vigorously.Apply tape to areaindicated.

    Middle stretch - rip tapein middle, peel backingand pull evenly on eachend of tape. Whenapplying, never stretchends of the tape, onlystretch the middle.Rub vigorously to setadhesive.

    IT Band

    1. Anchor tape from top of shoulderto lower arm with no stretch.

    2. Apply tape on top of shoulder.Stretch tape 50% in middle, nostretch in ends.

    Shooters Shoulder

    1. Lie down and drop leg overtable. Anchor tape at top ofthigh and run to area aboveknee. No stretch.

    2. Apply piece on thigh over pa in.Stretch tape 50% in middle,no stretch in ends.

    Thigh

    1. Lie on back and

    bend both knees(situp position).Rotate leg outwardto stretch groinarea. Anchor tapeat top of thigh andrun to area aboveknee. No stretch.

    2. Apply piece ongroin, over pain.

    Stretch tape 50%in middle, no

    stretch in ends.

    Groin

    1. Extend arm, point handdown and rotate outward.Anchor tape above elbow andrun to area above wrist. No stretch.

    2. Apply piece on elbow overpain. Stretch tape 50% inmiddle, no stretch in ends.

    Shooters Elbow

    1 21. Flex foot. Anchor tape below ankle.Run tape along shin over pain.Tape other side of leg if pain is onouter side of leg. No stretch required.

    2. Optional. Apply piece acrossshin over pain or hot spot. Stretchtape 50% in middle, no stretchin ends.

    Shin Splints

    1 21. Bend at waist, anchor at gluteand run two strips vertically oneach side of spine. No s tretch.

    2. Apply piece over pain in lowerback. Stretch tape 50% inmiddle, no stretch in ends.

    Shooters Back

    1. Place knee in 120 flexion angle. Anchor stabilization tape at bottom of knee.Wrap tape to the opposite side of the knee as shown. End with tape on the quad.Use a gentle radius. Apply little to no stretch to tape, just enough to get the tapeto turn around the knee.

    Tactical Knee

    2. Repeat

    1. Flex foot. Anchor tape at lower calf and run to below back of knee. Stretchtape 50% in middle, no stretch on ends.

    Calf

    2. Optional. Apply piece across area that is fatigued. Stretch tape 50% in middle,no stretch on ends.

    1. Stretch neck by lowering chin. Anchor at mid-back and run two stripsvertically on each side of spine. No stretch.

    Neck

    2. Apply piece on neck over pain. Stretch tape 50% in middle, no stretch in ends

    Optional: apply longer piece in step 2 - finish with tape ends on top of eachshoulder (swimming).

    1. Sciatica. Lie down. Anchor tape at top of thigh and run to area above ankle.No stretch.

    Sciatica/Ham String

    2. Ham string. Touch toes. Anchor tape at top of thigh and run to area above kneNo stretch.Optional: Apply piece on ham string over pain. Stretch tape 50% i n middle,no stretch in ends. Combine with Lower Back.
