Robyn Hartley Senior Principal, Executive Search
Robyn has over two decades of search experience, including holding leadership level roles
within search and recruitment, recruitment process redesign/modernization and consultative
client relations. As a seasoned search specialist, senior project manager, and former Branch
Manager, she brings a wealth of intuitive strategy and resourcefulness to Executive Search.
Robyn has significant Executive Search success locally, particularly within the Social
Services, Non-profit and Healthcare/Medical sectors. Additionally, Robyn’s search
experience over the past couple of decades has encompassed Pharmaceuticals,
Manufacturing, Engineering, and Agriculture as well as the public sector and national level
searches.

Management roles include Branch Manager, General Manager and Staffing Manager
Prior to joining Harris Consulting in 2013, Robyn’s background included extensive search
experience, recruitment consulting and staff planning as well as project management from
planning to execution of initiatives for high volume/mass hiring projects. In a previous role,
Robyn was Branch Manager for two provinces, with full P&L responsibility and a team of 7
recruiters where she successfully conducted a rebuild for her branch of an international mid-
level recruitment agency in a role which also functioned as the primary consultant and
account manager.
