Some county recorder offer an affidavits signed by recorder that will state to authenticity of the

documents mailed to you.

Treat this report as a to do list for gathering the evidential documents based on the search performed as

Servicing Company physically located in the Ft. Mill, SC., a division of Wells Fargo Bank NA. (See Affidavit

of Lost Assignment recorded 9/10/10 in Inst#2010129843, Pasco County, FL). He signed many different

job titles on mortgage-related documents often using different titles in the same month and/or same

year. He often signed as an officer of MERS or Assistant Secretary of MERS.

Documentation of Wells Fargo Bank NA who has a personal knowledge of the transaction by being

familiar with the books of account by examining all books, records, and documents (See Affidavit for

Case#51-2010-CA-000488-WS, Pasco County FL). This contradicts the Affidavit of Lost Assignment

recorded 9/10/10 in Inst#2010129843, Pasco County, FL, where Herman John Kennerty is a VP of Loan

Documentation for America’s Servicing Company.

Issue#3. Amanda Elizabeth Hosenfeld in the capacity of notary signed and notarized for the fact that

Herman John Kennerty provided necessary evidence to work for different companies:
