ABOUT SETTLERS RIDGE Settlers Ridge, a 600,000 square foot regional lifestyle center development, will feature a 140,000 square foot Giant Eagle Market District, REI, L.A. Fit-ness, a 16-screen Cinemark theater, P.F. Chang’s plus numerous specialty retailers. The regional lifestyle center will also feature a Marriott Courtyard Hotel, home and apparel fashion stores, plus a selection of complimentary lifestyle restaurants. Settlers Ridge is slated to open in October 2009.
Settlers ridge has easy access and excellent visibility from the Parkway West Rt. 22/30 (future I-376) via the Settlers Cabin/Ridge Road interchange. There are two signalized access points along Campbells Run Road plus access to PA 60 and I-79 via Church Hill Road.
ABOUT GIANT EAGLE MARKET DISTRICT Giant Eagle Market District is an upscale grocery and take-out culinary experience offering foods from around the world and around the corner. The Market District has a wide variety of hard-to-find foods and offers the perfect place to experience weekly shopping. In addition to freshly prepared entrees, side dishes, salads, and fire-roasted meat from their Brazilian-style grill, The Market District also has a full-service sandwich bar, Artisan bakery and elaborate beverage bar.
