Managed multiple businesses in five foreign countries over eighteen years. Grew sales by 80% and operating profit by 95% over a three-year period in

Asian markets, improving return on sales from 20% to 26%. Implemented new business strategies in Europe and Asia that expanded

market share by 30% in two years. Expanded into new markets in China to establish the leading position of key

emerging market sectors and generated $200m in incremental annual sales. Formed several partnerships with key customers in Asia, yielding win-win

Summary: Directed a $1b turn-over regional business across Asia supplying emissions control technologies and products to the automotive industry in five markets. Over a three-year period, we increased operating profit by 90% and ROS from 20% to 26% and improved ROA from 18% to 31%. Through accelerated product development and new business strategies, we were able to achieve the leading market position in the key segments and position the business for long-term growth.

Summary: Directed a $200m turn-over business with a global scope of supplying technology, customer support and catalyst product to various chemical and petrochemical industry sectors. Through targeted investments in manufacturing and development along with a change in the sales organisation structure, the team was able to reverse a decline in market share and more than double sales and operating profit in less than two years.
