Team Leader responsible for the planning, installation and maintenance of complex fixed communication systems. Responsible for role specific in house training for non-technical and technical staff

Instigated, designed and delivered a bespoke training package for both technical and non-technical personnel that enabled commanders to effectively deploy personnel during a time of increased operational commitments.

Managed teams of up to 12 personnel on deployment. Ensured compliance with installation and safety regulations on large scale communications system installations, whilst using specialist equipment and involving multiple organisations and in harsh and arduous locations.

Managed and maintained safe methods and standards of working at height. Instigated a storage and accountability system for all working at height safety equipment, ensuring all equipment is deployment ready in good order.
