Roaming Agreement ManagementRoamBroker’s Roaming Agreement Management Modulesecurely stores electronic copies of all your roaming agreementdocuments, such as IR21s, coverage maps and bilateralagreements. It fully manages the lifecycle of each agreementas well as the status of different services associated with eachagreement, whether these are under negotiation, in testing, or already in production. This not only improves the settlementprocess accuracy but also improves cash flow by reducing the time required for operator reconciliation.This module also manages and controls all test SIM cardinformation exchanged with roaming partners, and generatesalarms based on predefined thresholds.
Pricing, Rating & Re-Rating – Flexible And ReliableThe Pricing, Rating & Re-Rating Module is responsible forIOT rating and re-rating management. It allows for flexible IOTdefinitions and multiple price plan definitions for outboundroaming, such as: specific agreements with distinct operators;special discounts and promotions to attract roamers; specialroaming offers for high value customers; and flat pricing orcommon pricing in operator groups.RoamBroker also includes a way to create ‘what-if’ scenariosthrough its IOT simulator; a powerful tool that allows operatorsto test new pricing schemes on real traffic before actuallyconfiguring tariffs on live agreements.
Roaming Fraud ManagementThe Roaming Fraud Management Module fully supports the High Usage Reports (HUR) defined by GSMA. These reports point to potential fraudulent activity and provide customer profile analysis. Limits may be controlled by operator or by customer segment, with near real-time alerts associated to these limits. It is also possible to issue daily HURs with the call details of all visitors’ International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) who have exceeded the established fraud limit. And because RoamBroker supports Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE),operators are able to exchange roaming records in near real-time, helping to reduce losses from roaming fraud.
Settlement & InvoicingThe Settlement & Invoicing Module manages operator settlement information, account settlement information, and operational settlement, while also producing and managing roaming invoices. This information is used to generate settlement reports by different periods of time for each operator, enabling the validation of roaming partner invoices.
File Exchange ManagementThe File Exchange Management Module assures an easier and automated process for Transferred Account Data Interchange Group (TADIG) tests, while also managing the file formatting and file exchange process. This module fully supports the entire TADIG test cycle, controlling test cases and reducing the time needed to perform them. It is also responsible for the processing, validation and sending of specific roaming files among roaming partners.
Wholesale Agreements This functionality allows users to manage preferential roaming agreements according to exchanged traffic. It supports the most common agreement types and is flexible enough to build new discounts based on others previously designed. In addition, it also captures and tracks historical details about traffic and revenues exchanged with each partner, helping to support future negotiations.
Bill Shock Prevention RoamBroker’s Bill Shock Prevention module allow CSPs to address roaming and quota limit issues, equipping them with tools to prevent bill shock and to increase data transparency and customer satisfaction.
Raex & Iot-CheckRoamBroker supports RAEX processes in accordance with GSM Association standards in order to readily manage your roaming partner relationships more smoothly and efficiently.
