1. The grounds for performing the tests
The tests have been conducted on the grounds of the order issued by PHSC Chemicals Sp z o.o. on
12th Oct 2017 to determine the properties of KTX 07 system for covering scratches and its
resistance to impact.
2. Description of samples and conditions during the test
Samples were prepared according to the instructions in the technical data sheet. The tests were
conducted in the temperature of 23°C. A concrete substrate was covered with two layers of KTX 07
coating.
3. Measurements of the property for covering scratches.
The measurements were taken according to the PN-EN 1062-7:2005 standard in the temperature of
-10°C. Three measurements were performed for each sample. Table 1 compiles the results of
determining scratch covering property while table 2 presents scratch covering class according to the
guidelines of PN-EN 1062-7:2005, method A.

4. Resistance to impact
The impact test was conducted according to the PN-EN ISO 6272-1:2011. A weight of 1 kg and 20
mm in diameter was applied. Resilience was tested by the weight being dropped onto the sample
surface from the height of 0.4 m. The test did not involve a dent depth control of the falling weight.
The measurements were taken on 30th Oct 2017. The results of the test are presented in table 3.
