Welcome back for another GReAt year at Randolph elementary School! Our PTA has many exciting plans underway for the year. Our goal is to be a RESOURCE for our families and staff by providing enrichment and support to our students. I am amazed by the things that get accomplished, the support we have at our school and the drive of our INCREDIBLE families and staff.

Look at what we all accomplishedlast year by working together:•Produced the Student Directory•Sponsored our Annual Field Day•Sponsored 5th Grade Graduation•Sponsored Reflections Program and the Science Fair•Sponsored 6 In-School Field Trips•Provided all the Student Agendas•Additional Art, Music, Library, PE & Guidance supplies•Teacher Stipends for Classroom Supplies and Continuing Education•Funded Study Island Software Program for all Students•Supported K-2 and 3-5 Garden Clubs•Funded the Brag Tag Program•New Shade Structure in the Courtyard with Support from THS Construction•Newly repaired and renovated Track with the support of Hercules Construction & Northstar Excavating •New Playground Shade Structure donated by Lowe’s Heros Project

An integral part to providing these items is fundraising. This year our goal is to pave the new track, create a walking/fitness trail with fitness stations along the way and purchase new swings. With everyone’s support it is sure to become a reality! We are hoping that one of the first things on

your “to do” list is to fill out the at-tached membership form for your family. There are so many areas that need your time and talents. We know that sometimes life is so full that volunteering is just not an option. PLEASE do not let that deter you from joining… we understand and would still like all to join so that we are all on the same page with our events and activities even if you can’t volunteer. By joining, this will ensure you receive all emails and updates from the PTA.

We look forward to an AMAZING year at Randolph! If you have any questions or suggestions throughout the year please feel free to contact myself or our other board members (all of our emails are listed on the back of the PTA calendar).take care,Christina Griffith – PTA President

Please join us on Thursday, Sept. 11th at 6:30 for our first PTA meeting which will be followed by a visit to your child’s classroom. After our meeting you will have a chance to visit your child’s classroom, see the fun things they have been working on and speak with your child’s teacher.

the evening schedule is as follows:6:30-7:00 ptA Meeting in the Cafeteria7:00-8:00 Classroom Visits
