Which means: The ability to ask good, penetrating questions. Learning to work together in teams. Working in teams to find the best solutions.

2nd Survival Skill:

Which means: The ability to work with others in distant locations The ability to work with people in other job

sectors. The ability to work with people of other cultures. The ability to effectively collaborate to find solutions to problems.

and agile. The ability to deal with ever-new and

changing business environments Possessing skills to deal with “disruptions” whether they come from inside the company or from the marketplace. The ability to quickly learn new skills to deal with changes and disruptions.

Which means: The ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely through the spoken and written word. The ability to think independently and take the initiative to get things done. The courage to find creative solutions to challenging problems.

6th Survival Skill:

Accessing and Analyzing Information

Which means: The ability to locate information that matters. Learn important details about the information. Use critical thinking to find out what to do with the information.

7th Survival Skill:

Curiosity and Imagination

Which means: Finding out how, and why, things work. Using “right brain” skills such as curiosity, imagination and creativity. The ability to customize, personalize and

make products and services beautiful, unique and meaningful.
