ROAD TO ART Creative Camp

COUNTRY / CLUB: ROMANIA / District 2241 / ROTARY CLUB Bacau

OBJECTIVE: The picture camp on canvas, cloth, fabrics and modeling courses

PROGRAM: ACCORDING TO APPENDIX

PARTICIPANTS: 14 young people, one boy and one girl from each country + 6 young artists, painters (pupils or students) from District 2241

AGE: 16 - 20 years

Language English.

COST: 190 Euro/ participant will be paid after the participant’s application is approved. Participants will need to cover flight tickets to arrival point and back,

Pocket money to cover personal expenses during the stay. MATERIAL will be provided by the organizers - canvas, colors,

frames, and other materials.

ARRIVAL: Bacau - June 23, 2017 DEPARTURE: Bacau - July 02, 2017

ACCOMMODATION: Pension MONTANA, in Slanic Moldova.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

- Knowledge and talent in painting, fashion design imagination, willpower to their studies FASHION STYLE MODEL school AGENTS - Sending e-mail with two works of art made by the applicant.

NOTES: Preparing presentations, like a PowerPoint containing works of painters in your country - classic or contemporary.

INSURANCE:

All participants shall be privately insured against accidents, illness, third party damages and all other risks according to Rotary International recommendations.

DAY 1 (June 23, 2017)

Activities: Arrival in Bacau (Bucharest or Iasi)

accommodation, presentation of the program,

equipment, property, exhibition organization, etc.

Travel to Slanic Moldova, accommodation at

Pensiunea Montana,

DAY 2 (June 24, 2017)

Activities: camp’s official opening, distribution of

colors, pencils, easels, Workshop.

Choosing topics, the courses Fashion Style

Romanian traditional evening.

DAY 3 (June 25, 2017)

Activities: Trip to Cheile Bicazului

Dining at “Aunt Ioana”

Socializing and entertainment.

DAY 4 (June 26, 2017)

Activities: Workday, painting.

In the evening - workshop – chosen theme from your

home country.

Two or three presentations.

Socializing and entertainment.

Activities: Travelling to Bacau, exhibition of the

paintings under Rotary aegis.
