IV/. TESTING REQUIREMENT :

-  The relay is subject to inspection during manufacturing. Routine andtype tests of each relay including operational test at minimum,accuracy tests will be performed according to IEC 255 standard.

- In order to ensure the quality of supplied goods , in case of bid winning

, the Tenderer shall supply routine test and copies of type test reportmet the following requirements:a. Routine test shall be performed for each equipment.b. Type test report shall meet the followings :

- Testing sample : The same as the supplied item (manufacturer,original country, manufacture’s code as specified in tender document).

- Testing items : Including testing items according to IEC 255.- Testing values shall be corresponding values as stated in Section III

of this specification. If in section III, there are no corresponding values,testing values will be selected according to the standard specified insection II of this specification.

V/. REQUIREMENT OF TECHNICAL TENDER DOCUMENT :

-  Technical description, data sheets, catalogues and other materialsubmitted with the quotation must enable the buyer's engineers tothoroughly evaluate the proposals as to its compliance with the inquiryspecifications.

- Minimum requirements :+ Detailed summary of deviations to inquiry specification.+ Completed inquiry data sheet expressed at clause VI.+ Brochures and catalogues containing outline dimensions, main

electrical dataand installation details.+ Certificate of quality management.

-  The proposal bidding has Type Test Report which meets therequirements as specified in item IV 2.b will be preferable.
