DOT&PF Soils, Aggregate, Asphalt and Concrete Sampling and Testing Term Agreement Ryan is R&M's Supervising Laboratory Technician for a t erm agreement with DOT&PF to provide soils, aggregate, asphalt and concrete inspection, sa mpling and testing services on an as-needed basis. DOT&PF IBC Required Special Inspections and Materia ls Sampling and Testing Services Term Agreement As R&M 's Supervising l aboratory Technician, Ryan is responsible for all materials testing services under a term agreement with DQT&PF to provide special inspection services for construction materials and workmanship as required by the International Code Counci l and IBC Chapter 17 on DOT&PF construction projects. R&M is performing these inspections, along with materials sampling and test ing, as required on individual construction sites or manufacturer's facilities. Tests that are not able to be performed in the field, for example concrete strength samples or fireproofing density samples, are tested at R&M's cent ral laboratory. To date, R&M has been awarded 44 task orders under t his term agreement, including 14 within the Municipality.

Miscellaneous Materials Testing within t he Municipa lity of Anchorage Ryan has established conformance with const ruction specifications, and performed testing of soils, aggregate, concrete and aspha lt paving materials on a variety of projects, some of which are listed below:
