As you know, the contract w1th Tighe & Bond was allt nded to provide for the close out of the RI phase of the s1te response. A copy of the contract was prev.1ously trans•1tted to you for approval . The scope of work f or the site feas1 b111ty study ha s been prepared, and includes your connents . It is expected additi ona l monitoring wells will be required to provide the data base necessary to fully evaluate response options 1n accordance with EPA Guidance. Hegot1at1ons have begun w1th Camp, Dr esser & McKee, Inc . to prepare a work plan, schedule and budget for the site feasib111ty st udy . It 1s ex - pected work on the s1te feas1b111ty study w111 begin by the sunmer of 1985 , and w111 require six to nine months to complete .
