LECTURER VACANCIES
Riverton University (Riverton) has now been fully registered and
accredited by the National Council of Higher Education. Riverton
believes in going beyond mere knowledge acquisition but application
and mastery. It hence offers industry-driven degree programs and
specialized concentrations based upon the current and expected
demand for business and management professionals in a broad range
of disciplines. Course content has been updated to reflect industry
trends, theories, applications and practices driving today's global
business environments.
The University is currently inviting applications for part-time
and full time Lecturer positions in the disciplines of Business and
Developmental Studies for both undergraduate and graduate
levels.
Successful candidates will instruct students in the required
disciplines and provide learning activities that stimulate student
involvement and encourage critical thinking. Candidates must
demonstrate creativity and innovation in the field of expertise.
Effective planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal
skills including use of tact and discretion and the ability to meet
deadlines are a must.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
For undergraduate positions, candidates will be expected to have
a minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience with two (2)
years of business research experience and Masters degree from a
recognized accredited university.
For graduate positions, candidates will be expected to have an
MBA or other relevant master's degrees. A PhD or other terminal
degrees in a related field is highly desirable, along with research
background. Five years of business experience and teaching or
training experience is required.
