Wowza Media Server Wowza Media Server is a proven Flash streaming media server software broadly deployed by global licensees in industries ranging from entertainment, broadcasting, education, and government to Inter-net commerce, social media, and content delivery services. It features an innovative server architecture that delivers unmatched performance, functionality, and scalability for efficient delivery of live and on-demand streaming video. Wowza Media Server has been recognized as top 3 media server, placing alongside Adobe and Microsoft in the 2007 Streaming Media Readers’ Choice awards and is pronounced by its customers as “the smart choice” for Flash video streaming.

Riverbed’s RiOS Services Platform (RSP)The RSP provides a protected partition that lets customers run additional services and applications on Steelhead appliances. The ability to run best-of-breed software on Steelhead appliances eliminates the requirement for dedicated servers in remote branch offices enabling an additional layer of server consolidation. The RSP’s modular architecture offers vendors an open platform to easily port their applications to, and runs independently of RiOS’ data streamlining, transport streamlining, and application streamlining functionality. This allows IT to simplify the configuration and manage-ment of their distributed infrastructure, save additional costs, and reduce the hardware footprint in remote offices.
