connections to the river

points north and south to the downtown

core, the trolley becomes the key

to generate development along the rails

5. Performing Arts NeighborhoodThe planned renovation for the Municipal

Auditorium as the city’s new symphonic

hall serves as the catalyst for supporting

retail, residential & parking facilities

6. Museum NeighborhoodThis significant cultural institution

becomes the center for new development

and the connection to the Pearl Brewery
