energythatinspiresthepersontowardpersonalgrowthinlinewithhisorhergreatestpotential.In
ceremonialmagicthiswouldbesimilartoallowingtheenergyoftheholyguardianangeltotransformpartsoftheirmind.WhileitisnotdirectcontactandcommunicationwiththeHGA,itgivesamomentary
influxofenergythatstronglyencouragesallparticipantstomovetoward(ormentallycompletesthe

Breathedeeplyasyoucan.Breatheascontinuouslyasyoucanwithnopausesorstopsinbetweeneach
breath.Staredeeplyandcontinuouslyintosigil.Onexhale,repeatthemantra.Trytoextendthemantra
toonefullexhalewhilecontinuouslybreathing.Dothisforafewminutesbeforetheshow.
Thenpullthesigilizedmirrorinfrontofyou,listentotheshowandjustfollowalongwiththeritual.End
