Rita's Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened1/2 cup butter, softened1/4 tsp. vanilla3/4 cup confectioner's sugar

2 T. brown sugar 3/4 cup minature semisweet chocolate chips3/4 cup finely chopped pecanschocolate graham crackers

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugars and bat until combined. Stir in thechocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Place cream cheese mixture on large piece of

plastic wrap and form into ball. Refrigerate another hour. Just before serving, roll cheese ball inpecans. Serve with chocolate graham crackers. Makes 1 cheese ball (2 cups).
