Other points to note: • Hierarchical structures can be applied to any

levels which can be set up • Permission groups apply to hierarchical pick-lists • Pick-list items can be moved within the
hierarchical structure using drag/drop • In form editing to nominated roles

Task Default from Obligation Form
SET DEFAULT TASK REMINDER AND OVERDUE SETTINGS IN THE OBLIGATION FORM It’s now possible to set a default schedule of task reminders and overdue notifications in the obligation form for new obligations. These default notification settings are in turn used as the template for tasks created for the obligation.
This can be setup in <your links><Workflow setup><Default reminder/overdues>.

Recurring Task Shortcut
CREATE SINGLE / RECURRING TASKS FROM THE OBLIGATION FORM
Single or recurring tasks can be created directly from the obligation edit form. A ‘Save and create tasks’ button has been added to the top of the form. When selected, you can choose to create a single or recurring task. This will save time moving to the ‘Tasks’ tab to create tasks and will make it quicker and easier to create tasks using different task dates and/or recurring frequencies.
