Could trip over loose table and chairs which can consequently lead to an injury. Stairs maybe wet due to the rainwater from outside which may result in a slip or trip injury which may harm the person as well as the equipment. Equipment maybe packed untidily leading to an accident e.g. tripod maybe inappropriately folded leading to an injury. Medium Low Medium Medium Keep the equipment cases on a secure table or chair. If they have to be left on the floor, then try and make the duration minimum to avoid any accidents. Make sure all tables are tucked to the side along with the chairs to avoid them coming in the way unnecessarily. Climb the staircase carefully and slowly ensuring that you hold on to the railings alongside. This should prevent any form of injury on the stair case.
