Night shooting- Some of the scene will be taking place during the evening. This will mainly take place around the Clevedon pier. Reason being is that the narrative fits with the setting. A Possible flashback will be used at this location.Crew & CastMEDIUM Ensure that we have sufficient amount of lighting, possibly a torch with us. Wear appropriate clothes like a warm coat.VERY LOW

Weather is unpredictable especially the British weather and it may be rain or snow which can have an effect on the whole production.All MEDIUM To make sure that all of the equipment are safe and cover them. In addition all of the cast, crew must have raincoats/ umbrella with them at all times. Ensure that we check the weather in the leading up to the shooting day and to be prepared if the worst comes.VERY LOW

Electric ShockCrew & CastMEDIUM Only equipment PAT Tested will be used Use RCDs on all lighting circuits when plugged in on location Ensure location of fuse boards is known for each location Check to make sure that sockets are not overloaded and equipment turned off when not in use Those involved should do a visual check before using any electrical devices If anything is unfit for use, it will not be used further on the shoot until it repaired and re-tested.LOW
FireCrew & CastLOW When setting up shots, the relevant departments will ensure electrical equipment is given adequate space to keep cool and not overheat Loose cable from cables drums to eliminate risk of fire and spread cabling over a larger but safer area Strictly no smoking or any naked flames on set at any time In the event of a fire, area to be left immediately and all cast and crew to assemble in pre-arranged safe location. Falling into the sea. The majority of the scenes will take place either at Clevedon pier or sand bay. For this reason we need to be careful for our safety and the equipments.Crew & CastMEDIUM Bridge to walk on, pavement also safe footwear and to make sure that all equipments is kept away from the sea. Also to be extra careful if filming next to the sea and bridges so that the equipments dont get damaged Warn all the cast and crew to be extra careful and if something arises to go to either (FATUMA OR GEMMA) who are responsible for the safety.LOW

Electric faulty- There could be possible minor electoral faults with our equipments which can have a serious consequence like an electric shock or fire.

Member of the crew/cast falls ill.Crew Everyone must complete a health questionnaire; this will helps us indicate if we need to take action. All of the crew/ cast must inform us beforehand if there is any health concerns we need to know. Seat belts worn by all if in car. If travelling by bus there is a fire exist and use it if need to be. All to remain in vehicle if safe to do so, emergency contact lists available. If there is an accident which will delay the schedule make sure to contact the director to inform her.

Bathtub scene - A risk of slipping and possibly drowning, also a major risk for the equipments (Electrical equipments).
All Mobs to dry the floor. Make sure to have first aid equipments near the location and a fully charged phone. Dry the floor to avoid slipping, tighten the taps, and use a moderate water to avoid wasting the water. Make sure everyone follows the instruction given to them. To take extra careful. In addition to speak to the actor at all time to make sure if she is fine and comfortable. Medium
