Slipping/tripping There is a chance that Nathan; the producer could slip/trip on the wiring and cables on the floor.

Make all group members aware of the potential danger to reduce risk. Took away wires where possible.

Every group member is responsible for looking out for the potential threat and to take extra care around the set.

Electricity Electricity running through wires to plug sockets, lighting and guitars.

Some wires can be taped down to reduce risk, the group should be made aware of all wires on the set.

Producer to tape wires if needed, whole group take responsibility of potential hazards.

Other Equipment all equipment has the potential to fall over and injure one of the group members, e.g. guitars, drums, lighting etc.

Make sure the group members take extra care when handling equipment. All people will be warned of all hazards before entering the set.

Fires And Burns Due to the nature of the equipment we are using, a fire could break out at any time and harm any one of the band members.

Remove any potential fire hazards from the set and make everyone aware of all the fire exits. Extinguishers should be placed in an easily accessible place in the event of a fire.
