*Only one rigger gives signal.
*Material should be secure.
*Failure to lifting tools Crane &lifting gears.
*Proper sling should be used and secure thematerial. Lifting gear and check for safe workingload.
*Struck by equipment.*Use proper lifting tool’s and tackle with colorcode.
*Crushing. *Skill crew perform job.
*Falling objects during liftingCause personal injury.
*Two tagline should be use.
*Personal injury due to slipping of hand tools.
*Flagman must be present all time withequipment.
*Failure of wire rope. *Only authorize rigger give signal.
