Updating about the daily activity by daily reporting.

Preparing and sharing presentation of the activity such as daily demonstration, merchandising, market storming, dealer meets etc.

Always been an active part of the team for all the activations like Market Storming, Mall Activations & all other activities related with our Personal Health Division of East Region.

Responsible for the recruitment part for any vacant position in the team (both for Demonstrator & Merchandiser).

AchievementSuccessfully reached 1000 counters in East Region by Merchandising - SDA Channel – 840 Modern Trade Channel – 60 Cosmetic Channel – 100

Till date done demonstration in 200 outlets (both ISP & Non – ISP) in East region. SDA Channel – 120 Modern Trade Channel – 30 Cosmetic Channel – 40

Extended our reach to Bhutan, Sikkim, Kalingpong, Darjeeling, Koochbihar, Upper Assam, other big cities of WB, Assam, Jharkhand, Bihar & Orissa through Demonstration – Merchandising.

Received Appreciation Mail from Metro Cash & Carry (Kolkata) for Excellent demonstration of Air fryer, which was acknowledged by HO.

Based on performance four of our demonstrators were awarded in the ISP/Demonstrator Meet – 2015.

Been a part of the team to successfully organize 6 Dealers Meet and 4 Market Storming in the region.
