C A N C E L L AT I O N P O L I C Y24-hour notice for cancellation is necessary to avoid being charged
in full. A rescheduling fee of $35.00 will apply to treatments changed
within the 24-hour period. No shows are charged at full treatment
rate. For group cancellation policies, guests may inquire with their
group coordinator.
G R AT U I T I E SThe Spa at The Crescent takes pride in the talent of its therapists and
attendants. A service charge of 23% (18% therapists, 5% staff) will be
automatically added.
C O N C E R N SIn an effort to provide you with the best service possible, we ask
that you advise the Spa Concierges of any special needs or health
concerns that might affect your service.
Spa Etiquette
We offer private memberships to The Spa at The Crescent, including
access to the Fitness Center, complimentary fitness classes, and our
rooftop swimming pool.
A R R I VA L STreatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every
guest. In a spirit of mutual respect, The Spa at The Crescent kindly
requests that all guests arrive on time. It is encouraged to arrive at
least 30 minutes prior to your reservation(s) to enjoy the exclusive
facilities. Check-in time is a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start
of the treatment. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled
treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.
