The fast track project execution and the client’s requirement of one vendor solution for electro-mechanical services to minimize coordination issues gave us an opportunity to expand. The new challenge was accepted and Electrical, PHE & HVAC divisions were established in 2008. Civil & Interior was started in 2011. Rifaa Electrical & PHE divisions started with its first project being the Reliance Retails-DC Internal electrification works at Bhiwandi and Internal, External plumbing & Sanitary works for at IRIS Bldg., for Everest Developers at Thane.
