CLASSIC EMERALD

The Classic Emerald collection includes

five hours of coverage with Frances and

an assistant photographer, and

150-250 edited images. You will have

full printing rights to your images, access

to a password-protected gallery, and

will receive a hard drive containing all of

The Deluxe Ruby collection includes seven hours of coverage with Frances and an assistant photographer, ensuring that every detail is captured for a lifetime. You will receive five hour coverage on wedding day, and an additional photo session during rehearsal dinner the day beforbefore, or a private portrait session the next day - your choice. 350-450 edited images will be hosted in an online password-protected gallery, and

delivered to you on a hard drive in high resolution - no watermarks. Our

photographer favorites will be compiled in a breathtaking high resolution video, and we will create a blog post on our website which you can share with family

and friends.

We’re all yours. Unlimited coverage on wedding day. Frances and an assistant photographer will be with you from the first moment to the very last. Rehearsal dinner the night before? We will be there. Next day portrait session? Also included. This package comes with an archival quality, 30 page 10x10 albu30 page 10x10 album, and two 11x14 fine art prints. You will receive 450-700 edited photos, as well as an unedited copy of every photo taken that day in high resolution - no watermarks - delivered on a hard drive. Our

photographer favorites will be compiled in a breathtaking, high resolution video, and we will create a blog post on our website which you can share with family and

friends. Five to ten web-ready images will be delivered to you the day after your wedding, allowing you to share exquisite photographs of your wedding day without photographs of your wedding day without

having to wait.

Rehearsal dinner and Portrait photography sessions include 1-2 hours of coverage. Unlimited

ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Spend a couple of hours with Frances and an assistant to

ensure that your Save the Date cards and wedding

website are unforgettable. You will receive 50-100 edited

images on a hard drive as well as an

online password-protected gallery, and your photos will

be compiled into a beautiful slideshow video that you

can play during your rehearsal dinner or wedding

receptioreception. We love doing fun, interesting or offbeat

engagement sessions, so don’t

hesitate to get creative!

Your wedding album will be a true treasure for you and

your family. Our albums are printed in giclée quality on

archival materials, ensuring your family heirloom will last

for years to come. Albums are 10”x10” and 30 pages.

We custom design each album individually to tell your

GETTING READY (60-90 MIN)

FORMAL PORTRAITS (25-45 MIN)

BRIDE, GROOM & WEDDING PARTY(20-40 MIN)

We like to spend about an hour during pre-ceremony time to capture the bride and groom getting ready, and also use this time to shoot the getting ready details like shoes, dress, cufflinks, etc.

Whatever the length of your particular ceremony, or the type of event you are having, we will be there for all of it!

We like to get started with portraits of the bride, groom, and close family just after the ceremony ends. Older family members won’t have to wait around, which lets them get to the reception and start enjoying

cocktail hour!

This is time set aside to shoot the bride with bridesmaids, and the groom with his

groomsmen.

NEWLYWED PHOTO SESSION (15-25 MIN)

RECEPTION (1-4 HOURS)

Now it’s time to party! This is a great time to get candid photographs of your guests. We will make sure to get excellent pictues of the toasts, first dances and the cake cutting. If you have any special surprises in store for the reception, please let us know so we can be ready to capture evecan be ready to capture every

moment.

ISLAND TIMEThe laid back relaxed environment is one of

the things that makes having a destination wedding in destination wedding in Puerto Rico so ap-pealing. As photographers we are always looking at the clock to make sure we are on schedule to capture the best light of the

day. This isn’t the case for everyone and it is not unusual for people to be on “island time”, (running just a little

behind). Make sure to add extra time to your wedding schedule in case things run a little

behind.

This is often a good time to get the bride and groom away for a little while, for a short newlywed photo session. We like to keep these sessions short to let you start having fun at the reception! Some couples like to make a ‘grand entrance’ to their reception afterwards.

We would love to photograph your Caribbean wedding! Thanks to our ideal location in Rincon, Puerto Rico, we are able to provide photography services for neighboring

islands at a modest travel fee.
