RINCON COUNTRY® EAST is a 55+ Senior Community.
MAIL for daily and weekly guests is brought to the office and can be picked up during regular office hours. Monthly and yearly residents are assigned a private, locked mailbox.
LAUNDRY facilities are available for your use from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please refer to map for location.
POOL AND SPA hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Posted regulations prevail.
INTERNET CONNECTIONS: We offer TengoInternet wireless, high-speed internet FREE to our daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal guests. Stop in the office for more information. Internet Hot Spots available in the Laundry Room and Recreation Complex.
TELEPHONE: A courtesy phone is available in the Fireside Lounge at the Recreation Center.
PROPANE deliveries are made weekdays by several companies. Display cards can be picked up at the office.
CABLE is available (from Cox Cable) for guests staying a month or longer.
OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING IS ALWAYS PROHIBITED.
WASHING RVs that are used as a residence may be done on your space by a commercial washing company or by using a bucket and sponge. A hose may be used for a final rinse. No passenger vehicles may be washed on the site.
GARBAGE AND RECYCLING containers are located in the resort for self drop-off. Please refer to the map provided by the office for locations. A recycling reference guide is available in the office. No plastic bags can be used for recycling. Securely bagged garbage should be placed in the provided containers.
