Deb Tebbs has been an Oregon resident for over 30 years and a fulltime Oregon Realtor

Debra Simonson moved to Bend in 1992 from Colorado and after spending the past 5
years in Hawaii, is back in Bend as a licensed Broker. She is the transaction coordinator

Oregon. In addition to her real estate career, she has escrow experience and worked as
an administrator for a home health care agency, prior to her move back to Bend. Debra

Jessica Venable graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a Bachelor of Fine Arts
degree in Graphic Design. Before working in real estate, she was a Compliance Specialist
with Wells Fargo where she assisted clients in resolving service issues, during one of the
most difficult times in the housing market. Jessica relocated to Central Oregon from
Seattle, nearly eight years ago, to be closer to her family. She supports Deb Tebbs Group
with various aspects of marketing to ensure stellar client communication & the
