The company, with it`s founder and general manager Istvan Csiki, has started it`s operations in 1996 in the

chemical triangle around Buna/Leuna, Bitterfeld/Wolfen and Böhlen and expanded internationally up

today.

Our Group of Companies offers and provides services with own professionals and long-time experienced

in plant and pipeline construction, as well as prefabrication, several welding and assembly works up to

the preparation of „as-built“-documentation.

In addition to an office building and a workshop, the company also has a large steel construction hall

including a bridge crane on the site. With our qualified and experienced personnel we would like to show

you our performance.

PERFORMANCE

Our pipe fitters according to ISO and TÜV-certified welders according to DIN EN 287-1/EN ISO 9606 and

Pressure Equipment Directive RI 97 / 23 / EG Annex paragraph we preferably put together in teams. The

assembly personnel consists of a mixture of younger and older workers with decades of experience in plant

and pipeline construction.

Main service profile is prefabrication and asssembly of pipe systems according to isometry with the

welding processes WIG (141), electric arc (111), MAG (135, 136) and gas welding (311), including

brazing of galvanised steel pipes. Our welders have always several TÜV-certificates. As a result welded

joints can also be done in combination WIG (141)/electric arc (111).

Scope of service in nominal sizes of: DN 25 to DN 1400

and pressures: PN 6 to PN 1400

Furthermore we weld and process the following plastics: PE, PP, PVDF, PVC, ABS

with the procedures: WNF, butt plate, socket, hot-gas and infrared welding.

Our employees have primarily the following occupational medical health examinations:

G20 (noise), G39 (welding fumes), G41 (work with risk of falling), G26 (respiratory protective).
