According to the Course Text there is a consideration of constitutional law and prisoners’ rights such as civil rights of prisoners, the prisons and jails must operate under the law to be able to successfully take care of the inmates by which they house within their facilities, they have to teach and educate each officer on all levels of the understanding of the constitution, and not only for the guiding and maintaining a safe environment and implementing the proper rules and regulations when it comes to inmates but the officers on duty within the jail and prisons are heal accountable for knowing and understanding they have the rights and must be also treated under the constitution as employees, the inmates within the confinement has over the years been able to study and gain a knowledge that may even be superior to 85% of the officers that works within a facility and often times know how to work and use the constitution against those who work within the jail and prison, the mandatory rights that has to be provided is

According to the Course Text there is a consideration of constitutional law and prisoners’ rights such as civil rights of prisoners, the prisons and jails must operate under the law to be able to successfully take care of the inmates by which they house within their facilities, they have to teach and educate each officer on all levels of the understanding of the constitution, and not only for the guiding and maintaining a safe environment and implementing the proper rules and regulations when it comes to inmates but the officers on duty within the jail and prisons are heal accountable for knowing and understanding they have the rights and must be also treated under the constitution as employees, the inmates within the confinement has over the years been able to study and gain a knowledge that may even be superior to 85% of the officers that works within a facility and often times know how to work and use the constitution against those who work within the jail and prison, the mandatory rights that has to be provided is that inmates must be free from sexual crimes, including sexual harassment; not only when it come to prisoners but also male and female officers working within the facilities on a day to day base, there have to be adequate medical and mental health care; and concerns about the prisoners with disabilities, so the administration has to have a common knowledge and also have the facilities equip to house inmates with certain conditions. Another thing that the administration has to take as a concern is that if they are not

on point with knowing, understanding and operating under the constitutional laws is that where a constitutional or civil right is not involved, inmates may often file suit in court based on the general duty of care, or general claims law. For the jails and prisons the day to day operation places the officers under a very stressful working environment, which adds on to making it hard for and officer to balance work and home as well as his ability to not take his job home with him every night, there has to be programs in place as well under the constitutional rights of the officers and other that has to work and operate within the jails or prisons, the course text (Corrections: An Introduction) states that the constitutional rights of individuals that apply to free citizens outside of the jails or prisons may also apply inside, but I ask do they take under consideration that aspect of those who are employed to work within the confines of the jails and prisons?
