    Right to reputation is protected by the law- public and malicious imputation if a crime or of a

    vice or defect, real or imaginary or any act,omission , condition, status, or circumstancetending to cause the dishonor , discredit or contempt of a natural or juridical person

    narrowly limited classes of speech, theprevention and punishment of which has never been thought to raise any Constitutionalproblem. Which includes lewd and obscene,

    the profane and the libelous and theinsulting or fighting words which by themere utterance of words may inflict injury ortend to incite immediate breach of the peaceIt has also been well observed that the utteranceare no essential part of any exposition of ideasand are of slight social value as a step to truththat any benefit that may be derived from themis outweighed by the social interest in order andmorality.

     A newspaper has no legal right to publish an article thais libelous.
