With the organization of the

Ridgefield companies,

sometimes it gets

confusing who gets what.

Here's a cheat sheet. The

barn, "RIDGEFIELD" takescare of the horses and

hauls them when needed.

All boarding, leasing and

hauling checks go to the

barn.

"RIDGEFIELD RIDING

ACADEMY" trains its

customers. Lessons,

camps, clinics and

horseshow training go the

academy.

Check your invoices, it states

Fun Facts from Annie

and Perry about the

Olympics.....

Annie's fun fact is that

the youngest rider ever

to compete in an

Olympic equestrian

event is Reed Kessler

at age 18 years old, on

her horse named

Cylana. She will be

competing this year in

London.

Perry's fun fact is that

the oldest rider to ever

compete in theOlympics was Lorna

Johnstone at age 70 at

the 1972 Olympic

Games.

Equestrian

first competed in the

1900 Olympics.

Having Fun At Camp

Campers kept busy and cool with their riding lesson, learning

to care for the horses, trail rides, and having a blast decorating

the horses!

Of course, bathing the horses means a shower or two for the

campers too! One way to keep cool!

2012 Ridgefield ShowSeries

September 22nd & 23rd

All Ridgefield volunteers are welcomed with open arms! Save the

dates. New classes, fun raffles and great awards.

These shows raise funds for the Eureka Search and Rescue Unit.

If you are interested in or know someone who would be interested in

sponsoring a class or division for our show, let us know!
