management skills by assisting professionals from varied backgrounds inunderstanding benefits of modern day best practices and techniques in estimating, cost planning and cost management. To another end, this interactive workshop willalso take a leap from cost control to Earned Value Management, the modernapproach towards management of time and costs in an integrated way for the firsttime. What will you learn?

The workshop will help you understand the design process, evolution ofdesign through the pre-construction stage and its importance for effective projectmanagement
